Hello We have one of these light meters and it is out of spec. I see there is 1 adjustment pot on the side of the unit which doesn't seem to move much so I'm thinking that's a zero adjustment pot? I took the case off and cannot see any more pots for adjustment on the back of the board, is there a button pressing procedure that can put this into a calibration mode? I have zeroed the light meter with the cap on before using it as recommended in the manual and that has changed nothing. Any suggestions as to how I can adjust this further? Regards Joel H

Hello Joel, Thank you for your question. Please note that we are the official distributor for the EU region, but not the manufacturer. However, we can share some general information based on our experience with these light meters. Units produced before 2013 typically had five internal trimmers, each dedicated to adjusting a specific measurement range. Later models were simplified to three trimmers, which adjust all ranges simultaneously. Some OEM versions (sold under different brand names) may have only one trimmer. Zeroing the meter with the cap on should be straightforward. If this procedure has no effect and manual adjustment doesn’t help either, it’s possible the unit is faulty or out of calibration beyond user correction. Unfortunately, to our knowledge, there is no button-pressing procedure to enter a calibration mode on this model. Let us know if you need help arranging service or contacting the manufacturer. Best regards, Petr
