The LUTRON USB-01 cable connect the meter to get the USB interface.
The computer interface cable. one side is the ear phone plug that connect to the meter's RS232 output, the other side is the USB plug that to connect the computer's USB terminal.

The USB-01 data cable is only for online connection between the device and the computer, for which you also need to purchase the LUTRON U801 WIN-E816 data acquisition software. The data cable is not used to transfer data stored on the memory card by the data logger.
